How to stop MoneyLion auto-debits

Self-help fill-in form. Not legal advice. This only helps you stop automatic withdrawals — it does not erase or cancel what you owe.

In MoneyLion's own words

"THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO REPAY AN INSTACASH ADVANCE"

MoneyLion terms, Section 8 · Read the live terms · Checked 2026-10-13

How to send it

  1. Email the letter to customercare@moneylion.com (MoneyLion's general support address) from the email on your MoneyLion account, and also send it through in-app chat. MoneyLion's terms ask for about 3 business days' notice before the repayment date. The New York Attorney General's 2025 complaint says the in-app revocation steps are hard to find.
  2. Send the bank letter too, so your bank blocks future debits from MoneyLion.
  3. Keep a copy and the date you sent it.

⏰ Notice period: Before the scheduled repayment date, typically 3 business days, per MoneyLion's terms. Debits already scheduled or processing may still go through.

After revoking: No new advances until repaid.

Make my MoneyLion stop letter

Not legal advice, and not debt relief or credit repair. Stopping auto-debits doesn't cancel what you owe.
