How to stop Brigit auto-debits

Self-help fill-in form. Not legal advice. This only helps you stop automatic withdrawals — it does not erase or cancel what you owe.

In Brigit's own words

"BRIGIT WARRANTS THAT IT HAS NO LEGAL OR CONTRACTUAL CLAIM AGAINST YOU BASED ON A FAILURE TO REPAY AN ADVANCE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, OR TO PAY US INTEREST, FEES, CHARGES, OR OTHER AMOUNTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ADVANCE. REPAYMENT IS ENTIRELY VOLUNTARY."

How to send it

  1. Email it to info@hellobrigit.com from the email on your Brigit account.
  2. Email info@hellobrigit.com at least 3 business days before the debit; include the name and phone number on the account (s.7.3).
  3. Send the bank letter too, so your bank blocks future debits from Brigit.
  4. Keep a copy and the date you sent it.

⏰ Notice period: At least 3 business days before the scheduled debit, by email to info@hellobrigit.com. Debits already scheduled or processing may still go through.

After revoking: Future advances suspended until repaid.

Not legal advice, and not debt relief or credit repair. Stopping auto-debits doesn't cancel what you owe.
